Roofing: priced from an address
Search the address, pick the property off the list, and Ordnance Survey building records give the footprint, the height and the roof shape. Scope works out the roof area and prices it on the rates you set. It comes out as an estimate, with a range around it, because the quantity was derived rather than measured, and the document says so.
Every other trade: priced from your tape
Flooring, windows, driveways, plastering, decorating. You measured it on site, so you type what you measured and Scope prices it. That comes out as a quote, with no range on it, because there is no guess of ours to declare. These cost you nothing to run, because no property is looked up and no credit is spent.
What it costs
£49 a month. 25 properties measured, and a property you have already paid for can be re-run as many times as you like for nothing.
Typed quotes are unlimited on every plan, because they cost us nothing to serve. 14 days free to start, and we do not ask for a card to begin. Cancel whenever you want; everything you have already sent stays where it is.
What it does not do
- Great Britain only. The building records behind the measured path are Ordnance Survey's, so an address outside their coverage cannot be measured. You can still quote it from your own measurements.
- It measures the roof, not the state of it. Nobody has looked at the slates. Every estimate is a starting figure for a conversation, and you can change any of it before you send it.
- Roofing is the only trade measured from the air. Everything else is priced from what you put in.
